The Instruction, Dignitas Connubii, On the Dignity of Marriage, was prepared and published by the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts. It was meant to be helpful to judges and other ministers of Tribunals of the Church, to whom the sacred ministry of hearing the causes of nullity of marriage has been entrusted.
